Supervises and coordinates activities of production workers to meet the company’s standards in production and quality.  In the interim, following company policy and building better working relationships with employees and other departments such as maintenance, sanitation and quality control.  Management over 2 production lines and 2 bakery ovens (10-15 employees per line).
